This year's appearance for the 1st team at the Lady Richmond Brown tournament wasn't terribly successful.

Our group results were a 3-0 loss to Basingstoke, a 7-3 win over Hampshire U19 and an awful 7-0 loss to Southampton Uni. This meant we went in a play-off for 5th/6th place against Portsmouth and we lost that game 2-1.

The team consisted of Luke Studley, Jack Dow, James Free, Chris Carr, Matt White, Dan Kinsey, Steve Restorick, John Restorick and Nick Ireland.

Next fixtures are several 2nd team games against Salisbury and Basingstoke followed by a crunch 1st team game against Southampton City on the 23rd April.

2nd team lost 7-4 away to Southampton Uni.

Royal Manor travel to Surrey today to take on three public schools in southern finals of the schools championship.

1st team play at the Aquadrome, Basingstoke on Sunday 19th in the annual Lady Richmond Brown tournament.

Ladies team beat Southampton Uni 4-2 last night. They took the lead very early on in the proceedings and held it throughout the game.

Men's 1st team also beat the University 8-5 in a Hampshire League Div 1 game.
