Last night's Ladies game against Basingstoke was cancelled by them on Friday or Saturday I believe though it would appear this wasn't communicated to the team -not sure if it has been rearranged.

I'll post details here if I find out a new date.

The Ladies team play Basingstoke on Sunday evening at Boscawen.

Game will probably start about 7:30pm; be on poolside for 7.

Last night saw the 1st team beat Basingstoke 9-6 to more or less guarantee that we'll win the Hampshire League this year.

We scored first early in the game and kept the lead throughout.

A onslaught against the visitors was planned in the 3rd quarter but instead they pulled their deficit back to just two goals resulting in an exciting final quarter but we held on for a memorable victory.

We have two games left in the League. An away game against Andover on the 4th June and a to be arranged home fixture against Portsmouth (they cancelled the scheduled date).

The 1st team have a crunch home game against rivals Basingstoke on Sunday 13th; the outcome will decide the Hampshire League title.

Game starts at 8:30PM; team to be poolside by 8:15 at the latest.

The first team (consisting mainly of our junior squad) defeated the Royal Signals 9 - 7 in our latest Dorset Shield game on Sunday.
